Therapy Services
Support for overwhelming feelings and developing resilience in the face of daily challenges.
Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people get in touch with a therapist. It can show up as constant worry, physical tension, racing thoughts, or a feeling that something bad is about to happen. Some anxiety is a normal part of life, but persistent anxiety can quietly shape your relationships, your work and your sense of ease day to day.
Stress often travels alongside anxiety, building up from work pressures, relationship difficulties, financial concerns or major life changes. Left unaddressed, chronic stress can lead to burnout and a diminished sense of wellbeing. As a psychotherapist, my aim is to help you understand what is driving these feelings rather than simply managing the symptoms.
Therapy offers a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings without fear. Working together, we move at your pace to help you develop resilience and find relief from the weight of anxiety and stress.
